Which documents does OCR Scan recognize?
Expense receipts (fuel, restaurants, taxis, tolls, hotels) and supplier invoices, local or imported. Madata's AI reads the photo, extracts the supplier, date, amounts and VAT, then you approve the document before it is recorded.
How much does a scan cost?
There's no more plan or pay-as-you-go: each scan uses your MIA Tokens, at the real analysis cost. It's included as soon as your Mia subscription has MIA Tokens. Expense notes and supplier invoices draw from the same balance.
Do you need connectivity in the field?
You can take the photo offline: it stays on the phone and is analyzed as soon as the network is back. Your team can scan tickets while on the road, in branch or during delivery.
Where are scanned documents stored?
Images are attached directly to the accounting entry in your Madata workspace. You stay in control of your receipts.
Compatible with my existing bookkeeping?
