Madata is business management software for small and mid-sized companies in francophone Africa. Four packs, from 15,000 FCFA to 70,000 FCFA per month per company with an annual commitment, 5 users included. SYSCOHADA accounting from the TPE pack, Côte d'Ivoire payroll in the PME pack, and FNE standardised e-invoicing for companies based in Côte d'Ivoire.

  • Boutique pack: 15,000 FCFA per month with an annual commitment (17,000 FCFA without commitment). Modules: invoicing, contacts, point of sale, inventory, Mia assistant, employee records.
  • Entrepreneur pack: 25,000 FCFA per month with an annual commitment (35,000 FCFA without commitment). Everything in the Boutique pack, plus: quotes and sales, CRM, purchasing, expense reports, invoice scanning (OCR), calendar.
  • TPE pack: 50,000 FCFA per month with an annual commitment (70,000 FCFA without commitment). Everything in the Entrepreneur pack, plus: SYSCOHADA accounting, projects, manufacturing, asset rental, maintenance, subscriptions, inter-company, consolidation.
  • PME pack: 70,000 FCFA per month with an annual commitment (90,000 FCFA without commitment). Everything in the TPE pack, plus: payroll (Côte d'Ivoire), leave, attendance.

Beyond 5 users, 5,000 FCFA per month for each block of 5 users, whatever the pack.

Can I change plan during my subscription?

Yes, you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. The change takes effect immediately and the price is prorated.

Are Madata's prices fixed?

Yes. The prices of the four packs are public and the same for every company: 15,000 to 70,000 FCFA a month with an annual commitment, 17,000 to 90,000 FCFA without commitment. A pack's price only changes with the number of users: 5 are included, then 5,000 FCFA a month for each block of 5. Above 50 users, we prepare a quote. Paid marketplace options are billed separately, at their listed price.

What is the annual commitment?

The annual commitment gives you reduced rates in exchange for a 12-month commitment. Depending on the pack, annual billing saves up to 3 months compared with the monthly rate, and it can be paid in 4 installments with no fees.

Is support really available 7/7?

Yes. Our support team answers 7 days a week, by WhatsApp, email and phone.

Is my data secure?

Your traffic with Madata is encrypted (TLS) and your data is backed up every day. Each user only accesses the data their permissions allow.

Can I have more than 5 users?

Yes. Every pack includes 5 users, and you add users in blocks of 5 for 5,000 FCFA a month per block, directly from your workspace. Above 50 users, contact us for a quote.
