What does a Madata ticketing quote contain?

The one-way or return itinerary with its stopovers, the airline and flight number, the passengers with their passport and nationality, the fare option (Full Flex, Semi Flex, Light + or Light), baggage and optional services. The quote also lists the documents to provide and your terms and conditions.

Can the quote be sent over WhatsApp?

Yes. The travel quote is sent by email or WhatsApp from Madata, with a message you edit in the message templates. The customer can sign it online, an option enabled by default on every quote.

How do you track the booking and payment of a file?

Each quote carries three statuses: the quote itself (draft, sent, confirmed), the booking (not booked, pending, booked) and the payment (not paid, partially paid, paid). The PNR and the agency's file number are recorded on the quote.

Does the travel quote become an invoice?

Yes. The travel quote generates a standard Madata sales quote, invoiced like any other sale, in FCFA, with its entries in the revised SYSCOHADA chart of accounts. In Côte d'Ivoire, the invoice is certified by the DGI's FNE platform.

Can the agency set targets?

Yes. The dashboard tracks monthly targets for revenue, margin, number of tickets and new customers, and a default margin rate applies to new quotes.

Does the module connect to Amadeus or another GDS?

No. The flight is booked in your usual reservation tool; its itinerary is then entered in the Madata quote, by hand or by dropping in the ticket, which the AI reads to prefill the quote. Madata takes over for the quote, file tracking, invoicing and accounting.

How much does the Travel agency module cost?

It is included at no extra cost in the TPE and PME packs, from 50,000 FCFA per month with an annual commitment for the TPE pack, SYSCOHADA accounting included.
