Included in your Madata workspace

Send the quote. It comes back signed and paid.

Wave, Orange Money, CinetPay, Djamo, Stripe and PayPal are already in your workspace. Your customer opens the link they received by email, signs with a finger, and pays with the method they use every day. The invoice is marked paid without anyone checking it off.

All six payment methods ship with the workspace. You only enable the ones you need.

Direct answer

Which online payment methods does Madata accept?

Six connectors ship with every Madata workspace: Wave, Orange Money, CinetPay, Djamo, Stripe and PayPal. Customers pay a quote or an invoice from their portal, in CFA francs. The provider confirms the collection, the invoice is marked paid and the entry is posted to the journal, with no data entry at all.

The journey

From quote sent to invoice settled

Four moments, one thread. You only step in at the first.

  1. 1

    You send the quote

From Madata, by email or WhatsApp. Your customer gets a link to their portal, with no account to create.

    PDF attached, sending tracked

  2. 2

    They sign online

They draw their signature with a finger or a mouse, type their name and confirm. The quote becomes a sales order.

Name and date stamped on the PDF

  3. 3

    They pay right away

The same screen offers the payment methods you enabled. They pick theirs and pay from their phone.

Deposit or full amount, your call

  4. 4

    The invoice settles

The provider confirms, Madata records the payment and posts the entry. Nobody ticks anything by hand.

The detail of each one is right below. Worth knowing already: Stripe is the only one in the set that saves the customer's card, so the only one that can charge a subscription without asking the buyer again each time.

Comparison

Which one should you pick?

The right choice depends on your customers and on how long you are willing to wait before collecting.

The Subscriptions column shows whether the provider can save the payment method to charge later instalments. Without it, each instalment is settled through a link sent to the customer, which works perfectly well.

Quotes and signature

The quote goes out, comes back signed, and you printed nothing

Electronic signature is part of the workspace. No third-party tool, no signature credits to buy.

  • Sent in one move

By email from Madata, or by WhatsApp. Your customer gets a link to their portal, with the PDF attached.

  • Signed with a finger

They draw their signature in the frame, type their name and confirm. The quote becomes a sales order in a second.

  • Deposit asked on the same screen

You set the percentage you expect. Your customer can only confirm by paying that deposit, or the full amount.

  • Stamped on the document

The signatory name and the date are stamped on the PDF, which stays attached to the order.

After the payment

What nobody does by hand any more

Reconciliation is where the time is really saved, and it is the part nobody ever sees.

  1. The customer pays

From their phone, with the payment method they already use.

  2. Your Madata is notified

The provider calls the notification address. The invoice is marked paid on its own.

  3. The entry hits the journal

The payment is recorded on the right journal, ready for bank reconciliation.

Without that notification address, a successful payment can stay shown as pending. It is the one setting you have to copy over to your provider, and your workspace hands it to you ready to paste.

Getting started

Connected in fifteen minutes

All six connectors are already installed in your workspace. All that is left is pasting your credentials and registering one address.

What you need

This is the easiest one to open: everything happens online, and a single contract covers the region's Mobile Money operators and bank cards.

  • SITE_ID, CinetPay workspace, Integration menu
  • APIKEY, in the same place
  • SECRET_KEY, in the same place

You open this account online, without going through a salesperson.

The address to register

Your workspace computes it on its own and hands it to you to copy. It is what settles the invoice without anyone stepping in.

https://votre-entreprise.madata.app/payment/cinetpay/webhook
  1. 1Paste your credentials in the Credentials tab.
  2. 2Register this address with the provider.
  3. 3Switch the state to Enabled, then pay a 100 F invoice to check.
Official CinetPay documentation

What it covers

One enabled provider serves everywhere

Every document that carries an amount can be paid online.

  • Quotes

Signed and paid on the same screen, deposit included.

  • Invoice by link

The customer opens the link, picks a method and pays. No account to create.

  • Subscriptions

Instalments go out on their own, each with its payment link.

  • Payment reminders

The overdue reminder carries the link: the customer pays straight from the email.

  • Online shop

Orders from your website are collected through the same providers.

  • Customer portal

They find their open invoices there and settle them whenever they want.

Frequently asked

What people ask before connecting

Nothing beyond your subscription. All six connectors ship with the workspace and are enabled at no extra charge. What you pay are your provider's fees, which it takes directly and on its own terms.
