What happens at the end of the 6 months?
Nothing is charged. If you want to continue, you choose a subscription at the public price.
Do I need a bank card to apply?
No. No bank card is required, neither to apply nor during the 6 months.
My startup is less than a year old, can I apply?
The program requires 12 months on the company register. Come back on the first anniversary of your registration, your application will then be eligible.
I am already a Madata customer, does this apply to me?
No. The program is reserved for new customers.
Which pack is offered?
The Entrepreneur, TPE or PME pack. You indicate the one that seems right, or leave the question open, and the choice is made with the team during the review.
How are my documents protected?
Only the Madata team can view them. They are deleted 30 days after the decision. If your application is accepted, the documents needed for the setup follow your deployment file and are deleted 30 days after your workspace is delivered.
How long does the review take?
